Cancellations: ALL SALES ARE FINAL
We updated our policies to all sales are final due to the abundance of last minute cancellations. We are a small family owned company that can not keep our prices competitive if we purchase inventory that is then cancelled. This policy was decided so that we can keep costs down for our customers.
Refunds: In order to keep costs low for our customer's we do not accept returns or give refunds outside of the cancellation policy. Any questions regarding sizes, shipping, or quality should be asked before purchasing. If there is an error on our end that results in a refund please allow up to 60 days after returning the item in the same condition for refund to full process. Do not send back products unless you have personally been told to and a refund was agreed on. Otherwise no refund will be given and in order to receive the product we will require you pay for another shipping label.
Exchanges: Our store does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We list the measurements on our products so that we can ensure our customers receive the correct sizing. If the measurements are not listed and you are concerned about sizing please contact us before placing your order and we will gladly send you the measurements.

Business hours are Monday-Friday 10:00am - 6:00pm EST we reserve Saturday and Sunday for family
Overall we have a set shipping time of 1-6 weeks, this only includes business days of Monday-Friday. We do NOT guarantee order dates for any reason. Some order's are ready to ship and will specify in the details section but if it does not say ready to ship then the shipping time is 1-6 weeks.
We are working on building our inventory to reduce shipping times and some items will ship much sooner than the 1-6 weeks but we do not make any guarantee.
We ship using USPS and are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
If you would like to purchase additional insurance for your package simply contact us as soon as you place your order for additional payment. All lost or damaged products will need to be disputed with USPS using your tracking number that we do provide on all order's.
We will contact you via the e-mail address on your order with your tracking number once your package has shipped.
We are now shipping to the UNITED STATES, CANADA, & MEXICO at this time. We hope to expand to other countries in the near future.
If a package is refused and returned to us we will NOT re-ship the package unless we are contacted and the additional shipment fee is paid at the cost of the customer.
Please consider shipping when ordering during the Holiday Season. The mail service may not be as dependable! Shipping delays are unforeseen and out of our control. we will ship orders on schedule but cannot control the shipping & delivery once they've been shipped. PLEASE consider this and allow plenty of time.
Orders ship in a full 1-6 weeks of purchase and payment being made in full. (This could change by a few days depending on the work load or day of week )
**Orders scheduled to ship Friday-Sunday ship the following Monday.
**PLEASE take into consideration that orders with multiple items will take a little longer than single item orders.
**Please allow ADDITIONAL time for delivery AFTER shipment (depending on USPS and their transit time). **Please plan accordingly when purchasing.
